  • Experience working across multiple content formats including social media, long-form content, video, and thought leadership assets.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, audience behavior, and content distribution strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and modern content workflows to enhance ideation, production, and scaling efforts.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment close to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own and protect the consistency of the personal brand across all content channels, ensuring a unified voice, tone, and positioning across platforms and formats.
  • Extract compelling content from live sessions, events, interviews, and internal materials, turning raw insights into high-performing, scalable assets.
  • Develop and execute a forward-looking content strategy and calendar aligned with brand goals, audience growth, and engagement targets.
  • Serve as a strategic creative partner to leadership, preparing messaging, briefs, and positioning for events, podcasts, speaking engagements, and media appearances.
  • Define creative direction for content across social and digital platforms while collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Identify emerging trends, content opportunities, and audience behaviors to continuously evolve brand reach and relevance.
  • Build systems and workflows that scale content production, enabling consistent output without sacrificing quality or voice integrity.
