Requirements
- At least 1 year of commercial experience in project management, coordinating tasks, or leading initiatives.
- Excellent command of English and Polish (C1 level).
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with technical teams (developers and designers).
- Experience conducting workshops and meetings with external business clients.
- Ability to create diagrams and flow visuals on the spot.
- Interest in and practical knowledge of using AI and automation tools in projects.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, assertiveness, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Attend project meetings with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Gather and manage requirements from clients and maintain product roadmaps.
- Lead technical teams consisting of developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers.
- Describe business processes and extract requirements from clients.
- Support client conversations by creating flow diagrams and step-by-step breakdowns.
