Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a banking environment.
- Fluent German (C1+) language proficiency.
- Proven experience in creating formal business cases.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Basic knowledge of SOC2 and ISO 27001 compliance standards.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar management tools.
- Basic understanding of AI use cases within the banking sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage specific workstreams independently in collaboration with IT and specialist departments.
- Create and prioritize user stories to drive project development.
- Develop comprehensive business cases including cost-benefit analyses and decision templates.
- Coordinate stakeholder management across business units and IT.
- Ensure compliant documentation of requirements adhering to SOC2 and ISO 27001 standards.
- Identify and evaluate potential AI applications relevant to the banking workstream.
