Requirements
- Experience as a Business/System Analyst in banking or fintech projects for 3+ years.
- Understanding of HIBIS core banking system architecture.
- Experience in monolith decomposition / migration / service extraction projects.
- Hands-on experience with BPM platforms (HIBIS POP, Camunda or similar).
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation and documentation (BRD, SRS, user stories).
- Ability to act as a bridge between business and IT teams.
- Understanding of integrations (REST, Kafka, SOAP, ESB).
- Process modeling skills (BPMN 2.0).
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current processes in HIBIS / HIBIS POP (AS-IS).
- Decompose monolithic processes and identify candidates for extraction.
- Design target processes (TO-BE) in Camunda (BPMN).
- Define business logic and orchestration scenarios.
- Prepare requirements for development (user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Align solutions with business stakeholders and architects.
- Participate in designing integrations between Camunda and banking systems.
- Support the development team (clarifications, grooming, demos).
- Participate in testing (UAT, validation against requirements).
