Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying full-stack applications with Node.js.
- Experience with one of the modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Svelte, etc.) with Angular preferred.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and the drive to make a real impact.
- Ability to obtain required security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Build intelligent agents that plan, reason, and interact with users using evolving agentic frameworks to orchestrate complex business workflows.
- Build and maintain a configurable front and back end.
- Design tactful solutions to a variety of customer problems.
- Develop tools and systems for AI-enabled helpdesks and contact centers to solve real-world problems for federal missions.
- Create systems that automate knowledge work, enhance human decision-making, and improve digital experiences.
