Requirements
- Advanced Asana expertise beyond beginner/intermediate levels.
- Proven experience building or restructuring Asana systems in the product or fashion space.
- Strong understanding of product development workflows in fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
- Experience building systems for cross-functional teams including design, PD, production, and merchandising.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, scalable systems.
- Strong operational thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with DTC brands or seasonal product cycles is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Audit current Asana setup covering Design, Product Development, and Production workflows.
- Restructure workflows into a clean, stage-based pipeline from concept to finalization.
- Streamline separate workflows for sleepwear vs apparel.
- Establish clear project ownership and accountability.
- Simplify task structures to improve usability and reduce clutter.
- Build dashboard views to provide leadership visibility into status, blockers, and timelines.
- Create repeatable templates for seasonal product cycles.
- Train the team on system adoption through documentation and walkthroughs.
