  • Experience selling databases, analytics, and open source software or services.
  • Proven ability to turn technical documentation into executive-level pitches.
  • Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems, reporting, and sales workflows.
  • Deep understanding of the daily challenges faced by modern sales professionals.
  • Proficiency with sales engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to get new hires ramp-ready.
  • Design programs that help grow MariaDB's customer base and customer success.
  • Translate complex database features into value-based selling points and talk tracks.
  • Develop and maintain competitive battlecards to win against industry incumbents.
  • Optimize use of CRM and sales enablement tools to streamline workflows.
  • Identify performance needs through data analysis and conduct improvement workshops.
  • Act as the voice of sales to product and marketing teams to ensure roadmap alignment.
