- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to command a room or video call.
- Ability to translate CRM data into actionable training insights.
- Experience selling databases, analytics, and open source software or services.
- Proven ability to turn technical documentation into executive-level pitches.
- Expert-level knowledge of CRM systems, reporting, and sales workflows.
- Deep understanding of the daily challenges faced by modern sales professionals.
- Proficiency with sales engagement platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to get new hires ramp-ready.
- Design programs that help grow MariaDB's customer base and customer success.
- Translate complex database features into value-based selling points and talk tracks.
- Develop and maintain competitive battlecards to win against industry incumbents.
- Optimize use of CRM and sales enablement tools to streamline workflows.
- Identify performance needs through data analysis and conduct improvement workshops.
- Act as the voice of sales to product and marketing teams to ensure roadmap alignment.
