Requirements
- Proven experience placing candidates who hold active TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph clearances.
- Strong familiarity with the technical and security requirements of Full Scope Poly positions.
- Established and active network within the cleared technical community.
- Ability to independently source and generate qualified candidate introductions within 14 days of engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and deliver results in a high-urgency environment.
- Highly responsive professional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Source and place candidates for high-level cleared technical roles, including Senior Systems Administrators, Systems Engineers, and Infrastructure and Platform Engineers.
- Leverage an existing, active network of cleared professionals to generate qualified introductions within 14 days.
- Operate independently to source and engage top-tier technical talent requiring TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
- Maintain high responsiveness and urgency to meet critical placement timelines.
- Manage recruitment pipelines without the use of provided job boards.
