Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process while providing world-class candidate and applicant experiences
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities
- Strategically go-to-market to support Bloom clients with engaging, assessing and hiring more diverse folks to join their team
- Offer a care-centric approach to the application and candidate journey
- Advise clients on how to build their team through the lens of inclusion
- Cultivate a thoughtful and values driven approach to support our clients with hiring
- Provide regular updates and shared analytics with Bloom clients
- Flex your creative sourcing muscles to build diverse candidate pipelines
