- Ability to work in an ever-changing environment with constant context shifting
- Comfortable calling-in hiring managers and team members when evaluating candidates from a point of bias
- Passionate about creating positive work experiences for everyone
- Take a creative approach to connecting with talent on social media channels
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process while providing world-class candidate and applicant experiences
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities
- Strategically go-to-market to support Bloom clients with engaging, assessing and hiring more diverse talent
- Offer a care-centric approach to the application and candidate journey
- Advise clients on how to build their team through the lens of inclusion
- Cultivate a thoughtful and values-driven approach to support clients with hiring
- Provide regular updates and shared analytics with Bloom clients
- Flex creative sourcing muscles to build diverse candidate pipelines
