Requirements
- Full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles (engineering and product management).
- Real outbound sourcing experience for passive candidates.
- Experience recruiting for a software product organization.
- Experience recruiting for non-engineering roles such as marketing, fundraising, or policy.
- Sufficient technical literacy to parse resumes across privacy-preserving computation, ML/AI, and infrastructure technologies (e.g., Python, Go, Rust, Kubernetes).
- Experience building and administering structured interviews, scorecards, and skills assessments.
- Proficiency with AI tools for recruiting (sourcing and screening).
- Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workable), project management tools (Asana), and documentation tools (Notion).
- Located in the United States within +/- 1 hour of Eastern Time.
- Professional maturity and discretion with sensitive compensation data.
Responsibilities
- Own the inbound candidate pipeline for all full-time roles from application to offer.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates for technical roles via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and networking.
- Develop and adapt the recruiting function, set strategy, and coach hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including careers page, job descriptions, and application flow.
- Conduct first-round technical screens to assess baseline qualifications for engineering and product roles.
- Administer structured interview packets, scorecards, and skills assessments.
- Collaborate with department leads to drive hiring decisions and close candidates.
