  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and timelines.
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience at a top consulting firm or as an operational executioner in a hyper-growth startup.
  • Proven leadership skills to execute and manage others who may or may not report to you.
  • Ability to convey complex information and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and seize opportunities for impact in uncertain contexts without oversight.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end engineering onboarding pipeline, including sourcing, vetting, and client submission.
  • Prioritize enablement services such as resume refinement, mock interviews, and technical prep based on engineers' gaps and evolving client requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, technical trainers, and client engagement teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Serve as the operational lead for talent enablement programs, ensuring consistent execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Design scalable workflows and frameworks to support high-volume candidate pipelines with a focus on quality and speed.
  • Monitor key metrics across the engineer funnel to identify friction points and performance gaps.
  • Deliver reports and insights to leadership on pipeline health, engineer progress, and talent program services utilization.
