Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, particularly Paid Social Media and PPC (strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp.
- Ability to use or explore AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for optimization and analysis.
- Fast, reliable DSL, Fiber, or Broadband internet with 50MBPS minimum speed.
- Personal laptop and a backup device.
- Willingness to engage via the Upwork platform.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Compile data from Google/Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics for performance monitoring.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports on key metrics such as CR, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct account audits to identify optimization opportunities and ensure correct settings.
- Create and upload ad copies for search and social campaigns, coordinating with the localization team.
- Manage creative asset workflows and project documentation using ClickUp.
- Research competitor performance and audience behavior to support targeting strategies.
