Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with complex role management.
  • 4+ years of experience working directly with Hiring Managers and Directors.
  • Demonstrated experience hiring in robotics domains like computer vision, perception, motion planning, localization, or mapping.
  • Proven ability to act as a consultative partner to business leaders and hiring teams.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills required for engineering positions.
  • Expertise in prospecting techniques, including Boolean strings and referral/SOBO campaigns.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and various ATS/HRIS platforms.
  • Ability to manage complex candidate funnels and report on progress.
  • Effective communication skills for understanding candidate motivations and organizational fit.

Responsibilities

  • Source, track, and maintain high-volume candidate pipelines with a consistent process.
  • Partner with business leaders to influence talent strategy and execute hiring deliverables.
  • Embed within engineering teams to understand technical roadmaps, product positioning, and team culture.
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies, including closing technical talent and pitching the company mission.
  • Analyze pipeline and performance data to translate insights into actionable recruitment narratives.
  • Conduct interviews while utilizing data-driven methods to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
  • Leverage tools for information retrieval, web-scraping, process automation, and candidate management.
