Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, business, or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced experience working with SQL databases, data structures, complex joins, CTEs, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Proven experience with ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to provide actionable data-driven recommendations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for documentation and stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to identify root causes and troubleshoot data inaccuracies.
- Demonstrable experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and flow-charting.
- Prior Scrum experience and certifications strongly preferred.
- Prior Jira and Confluence experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Draft system and functional requirements including quality attributes, usability, security, and scalability.
- Create data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and process maps to guide product development.
- Formulate and maintain project backlogs, ensuring business needs are reflected in technical cases.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to analyze needs and document decisions and process flows.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align product features with business strategy.
- Conduct complex research and analysis from initial idea generation through final implementation.
