Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, product marketing, professional services, systems development, or IT operations.
- Experience with product management and data-driven or AI-driven feature analysis.
- Experience building integrations with external software systems.
- Experience integrating multiple products into a unified platform.
- Knowledge of adding internationalization or translation capabilities.
- Experience working with user management, authentication, and authorization.
- Capability in competitive research and analysis.
- Technical fluency in software development concepts, integrations, and APIs.
Responsibilities
- Own and curate product roadmaps that align with customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities.
- Gather and analyze product feedback through direct review, documentation, focus groups, and research.
- Collaborate with engineering to identify, scope, design, estimate, and deliver product features.
- Document and analyze enhancement requests and trends to inform product direction.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage product version releases.
- Communicate product plans, updates, and value to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct research, planning, and integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
