Requirements
- 0–2 years experience in marketing, sales development, or growth.
- Demonstrated interest in inbound, outbound, and content-driven growth strategies.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or strong eagerness to learn them.
- Curious and proactive mindset with a focus on hands-on growth experimentation.
- Ability to work within US time zones.
- Willingness to complete a video application as part of the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Assist with inbound campaigns including content creation, social posts, and SEO tasks.
- Support outbound outreach by building prospect lists, sending sequences, and managing follow-ups.
- Create and distribute content across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
- Track campaign results and report on key marketing metrics.
- Learn and contribute to GTM experiments alongside the growth team.
