Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL is required.
- Strong knowledge of Employer Sponsored Benefit Plans and 401(k).
- Extremely detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Proven experience working cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Strong execution and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Experience with Tableau, Jira, and Confluence is preferred.
- Retirement certifications (RPF, QKA, etc) are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits of system and partner data.
- Oversee daily incoming and outgoing file feeds for timely data sharing.
- Collaborate with team leads to triage and remediate system bugs with engineering.
- Manage internal and partner SLAs and communicate findings to external partners.
- Assist with billing and invoicing of contributions for benefit partners.
- Analyze customer benefits data using SQL, Excel, and proprietary systems.
- Identify and resolve operational pain points and system errors.
- Support system implementation of new benefits features with product and engineering teams.
