Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
- 15+ years of experience in the Energy Industry (Oil & Gas / Power & Utilities).
- Specific background and credentials to perform Nuclear Industry Advisory and Assistance (A&A) services.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio.
- Ability to quickly learn new business tools as necessary.
- Strong leadership skills to guide colleagues and task managers.
- Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and foster teamwork.
- Strong communication skills for engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Direct performance of various projects supporting specific customer technology or programs.
- Oversee project implementation, technology development, and resource allocations.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of all contractual deliverables.
- Manage personnel, funds, and facility allocations.
- Serve as the primary focal point of contact with the client.
- Ensure compliance with client/agency guidance, contractual limitations, and business directives.
- Provide leadership and technical direction, including guidance to task managers.
- Market new technology and capture follow-on business opportunities.
- Resolve project problems effectively and timely.
