Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum three years of proven direct merchant services sales experience recruiting 1099/ISOs.
  • Previous experience successfully managing to a revenue quota.
  • Solid understanding of the merchant services industry.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue.
  • Demonstrated ability in value-based sales.
  • Negotiation skills relevant to contract and compensation structures.
  • Willingness to attend industry conferences and events.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and develop new sales partners (Agents/ISO’s/ISV’s/Strategic Partners) primarily via self-generated leads.
  • Respond to sales partner inquiries generated by company advertising campaigns, media events, and attendance at industry conferences.
  • Sign, activate, and grow sales partners in their first 12 months.
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts using value-selling methods.
  • Understand products and services of North and affiliates to provide value-based sales.
  • Conduct effective negotiations pertaining to Schedule A and new partner contracts.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
