Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum three years of proven direct merchant services sales experience recruiting 1099/ISOs.
- Previous experience successfully managing to a revenue quota.
- Solid understanding of the merchant services industry.
- Proven track record of growing revenue.
- Demonstrated ability in value-based sales.
- Negotiation skills relevant to contract and compensation structures.
- Willingness to attend industry conferences and events.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop new sales partners (Agents/ISO’s/ISV’s/Strategic Partners) primarily via self-generated leads.
- Respond to sales partner inquiries generated by company advertising campaigns, media events, and attendance at industry conferences.
- Sign, activate, and grow sales partners in their first 12 months.
- Grow revenue within existing accounts using value-selling methods.
- Understand products and services of North and affiliates to provide value-based sales.
- Conduct effective negotiations pertaining to Schedule A and new partner contracts.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
