Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in consumer marketing or fundraising with direct revenue ownership.
- Proven experience in growth or performance marketing at a meaningful scale.
- Hands-on paid media experience directing strategy across digital channels like Meta and Google.
- Expertise in media planning, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget management.
- Direct experience managing agency or contractor partners.
- Extensive experience managing subscription, membership, or monthly giving programs.
- Full-funnel fluency managing acquisition, lifecycle communications, and campaigns as an integrated system.
- Experience managing and developing direct reports.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CAC, LTV, and retention cohort analysis.
- Clear POV on AI-driven marketing operations and tool integration.
- Commitment to cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the Spring recurring revenue target, including acquisition, retention, upgrade, and LTV metrics.
- Architect and manage the full-funnel consumer donor journey from first gift to multi-year commitment.
- Direct paid acquisition strategy across channels like social, search, TV/CTV, display, and direct mail.
- Manage and develop a team of two direct reports while directing agency and contractor partners.
- Build an AI-optimized media operating model to improve performance and reduce agency dependence.
- Collaborate with Growth Product, Data & Analytics, and Corporate Partnerships to improve conversion and donor lifecycle infrastructure.
