Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or call center environments
- Experience handling high-volume inbound calls and escalated situations
- Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Comfortable managing multiple systems simultaneously
- Schedule availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
- Familiarity with Birdeye CRM preferred
- Familiarity with Elevate VOIP preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders
- Answer and manage inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Update and manage customer records to ensure accuracy
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Handle difficult or emotional callers with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information regarding inquiries and company processes
- Support administrative and operational customer service tasks
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls and provide updates on requests
- De-escalate challenging situations while maintaining quality standards
- Route calls efficiently to the appropriate departments
