Requirements
- Hospitality background required.
- Reception and front office experience required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with Fidelio Cruise (Cruise Management, Quick Check In).
- Experience with Micros Fidelio Point of Sale.
- Experience with NVS – Visual Reservation System.
- Understanding of high-level service standards.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to practice leadership by example.
- Ability to work in an international environment and under pressure.
- Excellent administrative skills, organization, and social skills.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate genuine concern for guests’ wellbeing and act as a filter for complaints.
- Maintain front desk logs and reports according to company standards.
- Manage guest requests efficiently and perform embarkation/debarkation check-in duties.
- Handle guest accounts, cash payments, currency exchange, and cash advances.
- Conduct daily safe and foreign currency audits.
- Assist in training new reception staff in front office operations.
- Participate in crew and passenger safety drills and comply with safety regulations.
