Requirements

  • Hospitality background required.
  • Reception and front office experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Fidelio Cruise (Cruise Management, Quick Check In).
  • Experience with Micros Fidelio Point of Sale.
  • Experience with NVS – Visual Reservation System.
  • Understanding of high-level service standards.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to practice leadership by example.
  • Ability to work in an international environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent administrative skills, organization, and social skills.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate genuine concern for guests’ wellbeing and act as a filter for complaints.
  • Maintain front desk logs and reports according to company standards.
  • Manage guest requests efficiently and perform embarkation/debarkation check-in duties.
  • Handle guest accounts, cash payments, currency exchange, and cash advances.
  • Conduct daily safe and foreign currency audits.
  • Assist in training new reception staff in front office operations.
  • Participate in crew and passenger safety drills and comply with safety regulations.
