- Proven experience drafting reflected ceiling plans (RCPs).
- Ability to create detailed and comprehensive furniture plans.
- Strong skills in wall decoration and detailing.
- Capability to create accurate and detailed schedules.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed spec sheets and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Draft reflected ceiling plans (RCPs) detailing the ceiling elements of a design.
- Develop comprehensive furniture plans, including layouts and specifications.
- Design wall decorations and provide detailed sections and elevations.
- Create schedules listing the quantities, finishes, and other attributes of design elements.
