Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, with experience in outreach and scheduling
- Fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in database management systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach activities to potential clients or stakeholders in Mandarin and Cantonese
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
- Input and maintain accurate information in our database systems
- Provide real-time translation services during appointments and meetings
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications in both Mandarin and Cantonese
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
