Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, with experience in outreach and scheduling
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in database management systems
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach activities to potential clients or stakeholders in Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
  • Input and maintain accurate information in our database systems
  • Provide real-time translation services during appointments and meetings
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications in both Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
