Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a data, reporting, or operations support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization).
  • Experience with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with contact center or healthcare operations is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Pull, compile, and organize operational data from CRM systems, dialer platforms, and contact center tools.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking contact rates, conversion, call volume, and productivity.
  • Deliver regular performance reports to the leadership team.
  • Analyze team and individual performance data to identify trends and areas of opportunity.
  • Translate data findings into clear summaries for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain tracking tools and reporting templates to support program operations.
  • Document data definitions and reporting processes to ensure consistency.
