Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including the executive level.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple development projects.
- Experience working with virtual project teams.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to travel as required (up to 20%).
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Experience with AI tools (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Specify project goals, strategy, and staffing requirements.
- Schedule project deliverables, track milestones, identify tasks, manage risks, and develop contingency plans.
- Manage client-signed contracts, commercial agreements, and project documentation.
- Ensure appropriate billability of project hours by allocating time and expenses to correct charge codes.
- Submit timely resource forecasts.
- Build effective relationships using developed soft skills.
- Identify, resolve, and document client-side and internal issues.
- Manage resources and customers across multiple international time zones.
