Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience.
  • Total of 6 years or more of progressive sales experience.
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred.
  • Experience and expertise using and building workflows in a CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong and clear communication skills, especially around planning, tactics, and execution.
  • Proven track record of hiring and ramping salespeople to quota.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully coaching salespeople.
  • Exceptional listening skills and empathy.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to manage a team remotely; comfort managing both remote and in-person teams preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously build, train, and mentor a team of sales people to meet and exceed 100% of quota.
  • Work with sales leadership to define, track, and report on key performance indicators for your team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to build, update, and maintain workflows that enable your team to effectively grow our sales pipeline.
  • Interview, hire, and train new members of your team.
  • Meet regularly with your team to share feedback, provide coaching, and work with our operations team to improve business processes.
  • Manage team-level activities in our CRM.
  • Share insights with other sales leadership counterparts to optimize team performance and scale operations.
