Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience building production web applications across the full stack.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership from idea to deployment, including authentication, monitoring, and documentation.
- Proficiency in developing with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or OpenAI Codex.
- Strong experience gathering requirements directly from users, customers, and partners.
- Ability to own both functional and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, reliability, security).
- Expertise in Python, Django, AWS, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Proven track record of managing initiatives independently and navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical complexity for product and business teams.
- Strong Emotional Quotient (EQ) and ability to influence without authority.
- Experience working with distributed, remote teams.
Responsibilities
- Own product problems by translating business intents into functional requirements.
- Build production-quality features across the stack using Python, Django, AWS, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Leverage and manage AI agents to accelerate development while ensuring code quality and security.
- Verify end-to-end system performance and requirements accuracy.
- Monitor services in production and participate in support rotations to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and iterate based on outcomes.
