Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical writing, editing, and documentation development.
- Strong background in writing software product documentation, user guides, and technical manuals.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments supporting software development teams.
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Visio, and similar platforms.
- Ability to interpret complex systems, diagrams, and technical requirements with minimal guidance.
- Strong understanding of technical writing principles, content structure, and editorial standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to clarity and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with HTML/CSS and responsive documentation design is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and translate complex technical information into user manuals, training materials, installation guides, and system documentation.
- Research and understand assigned systems to accurately document software functionality and workflows.
- Write, edit, and proofread technical content including user guides, reports, briefs, instructional materials, and online help documentation.
- Develop and maintain web-based content, multimedia materials, and responsive documentation aligned with user needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather engineering data, diagrams, specifications, and system requirements.
- Design and manage documentation using tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, and related platforms.
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and usability across all technical publications and digital content.
- Support Agile Scrum teams by producing documentation aligned with software releases and iterative development cycles.
