Job Details

Proven experience in graphic design, UX, instructional design, or related fields.
Ideally experienced within education, technology, or innovation-driven environments.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Slides, or similar platforms.
Strong ability to translate abstract or complex ideas into simple, functional, and visually clear materials.
Experience creating educational or instructional content such as training materials, courses, manuals, or learning resources.
Basic understanding of UX principles applied to learning experiences, flows, and interactive activities.
Familiarity with design systems, visual identity structures, and template-based design workflows.
Strong communication, organization, autonomy, and attention to detail.
Experience with AI-based creative tools is a plus.
Ability to conduct visual research and gather references.

Develop visual materials for educational content, campaigns, and brand communication, including social media assets, emails, presentations, and institutional documents.
Design instructional and educational resources such as diagrams, worksheets, templates, manuals, and learning activities.
Apply UX principles to support the creation of interactive learning experiences, including exercises, learning journeys, storyboards, and user flows.
Collaborate closely with content, product, and marketing teams to align visual output with pedagogical goals.
Create sketches, prototypes, and visual explorations to test and refine ideas.
Maintain consistency with design systems, visual identity guidelines, and reusable templates.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high attention to detail.
