Requirements

  • Proven experience in graphic design, UX, instructional design, or related fields.
  • Ideally experienced within education, technology, or innovation-driven environments.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Slides, or similar platforms.
  • Strong ability to translate abstract or complex ideas into simple, functional, and visually clear materials.
  • Experience creating educational or instructional content such as training materials, courses, manuals, or learning resources.
  • Basic understanding of UX principles applied to learning experiences, flows, and interactive activities.
  • Familiarity with design systems, visual identity structures, and template-based design workflows.
  • Strong communication, organization, autonomy, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with AI-based creative tools is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct visual research and gather references.

Responsibilities

  • Develop visual materials for educational content, campaigns, and brand communication, including social media assets, emails, presentations, and institutional documents.
  • Design instructional and educational resources such as diagrams, worksheets, templates, manuals, and learning activities.
  • Apply UX principles to support the creation of interactive learning experiences, including exercises, learning journeys, storyboards, and user flows.
  • Collaborate closely with content, product, and marketing teams to align visual output with pedagogical goals.
  • Create sketches, prototypes, and visual explorations to test and refine ideas.
  • Maintain consistency with design systems, visual identity guidelines, and reusable templates.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high attention to detail.
