Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both user-centered product design and exceptional visual craft.
- Advanced Figma mastery, including auto-layout, variables, and component properties.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Strong eye for composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and modern digital design trends.
- Ability to create clean SVG assets, responsive layouts, and structured design tokens.
- Exceptional attention to detail regarding pixel alignment and user flow friction.
Responsibilities
- Own the design process from concept to fidelity—including user research insights, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Design and deliver high-quality custom illustrations, empty-state graphics, onboarding visuals, and iconography that enhance usability and strengthen brand identity.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Frontend Engineers to advocate for the user and validate design decisions.
- Champion the Figma design system by establishing, maintaining, and scaling reusable UI components and layout patterns.
- Create highly organized, structured design files and documentation that support efficient frontend engineering implementation.
- Translate user feedback, data analytics, and product requirements into elegant, intuitive, and measurable design solutions.
