Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in brand, content, and/or creative leadership roles.
- Significant exposure to B2B SaaS marketing environments.
- 5+ years of experience leading and scaling teams, with a demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain senior-level talent.
- Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market strategies, buyer journeys, demand generation, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and sales enablement.
- Proven success in building marketing functions, teams, processes, and operational frameworks from the ground up.
- Experience marketing to SMB and mid-market audiences within high-growth, performance-driven organizations.
- Excellent storytelling, editorial, and creative leadership capabilities.
- Hands-on experience utilizing AI technologies to improve content creation, creative production, localization, and workflow efficiency.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect brand and content initiatives to measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the overall brand strategy, positioning, messaging framework, and visual identity to strengthen market presence and category leadership.
- Build and scale a modern content function responsible for producing high-quality editorial content, thought leadership initiatives, and demand-generation assets.
- Establish and manage an in-house creative organization, including design, copywriting, video, and multimedia production capabilities.
- Develop efficient content and creative workflows that combine AI-powered tools with human expertise.
- Partner closely with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to align brand initiatives with go-to-market priorities.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing professionals.
- Evaluate and manage external agencies, freelancers, and strategic partners while overseeing budgets.
- Define and monitor performance metrics related to brand awareness, content effectiveness, and business outcomes.
