Requirements
- Proven experience participating in end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes and their implementation within SAP.
- Hands-on experience with business process design, stakeholder workshops, and system configuration.
- Experience with testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the confidence to influence key decisions.
- Polish language proficiency (minimum C1).
- English language proficiency (minimum B2).
Responsibilities
- Act as the internal SAP expert and trusted advisor for business stakeholders.
- Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Technology teams, and external SAP consultants.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Participate in solution design, process modeling, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Challenge implementation partners and ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and best practices.
- Identify risks, recommend improvements, and influence key implementation decisions.
- Support financial reporting, integrations, and optimization of business processes.
- Own the SAP roadmap and drive future SAP initiatives after implementation.
