Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years Business Systems Analyst experience.
- 4 year degree in related field or relevant experience.
- Solid technical knowledge of application systems and processes, including Salesforce.
- Experience in systems architecture, designing workflows and writing technical specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of agile best practices for requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
- Mature presence and poise to engage with senior leadership.
- Collaborative team player with an analytical growth mindset.
- Nice to have: Prior consulting experience.
- Nice to have: Experience with Service Max, Zuora & Certinia.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with SQL and/or PowerBI.
- Nice to have: IIBA or PMI-PBA certified.
Responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation and prioritization of complex business and technical requirements for both incremental improvements and transformational change initiatives.
- Lead system analysis, including writing functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate on systems design and architecture, including user interface design, prototyping, data modeling and solution configuration techniques.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of current state processes, systems and performance metrics within assigned departments.
- Serve as a trusted partner and strategic advisor to senior leaders within assigned departments.
- Oversee the documentation and continuous improvement of complex business processes, ensuring solutions meet stakeholder needs.
- Coordinate training activities with business partners to guide employee proper usage of the systems.
- Serve as the functional product owner, working with enterprise stakeholders to drive application/technology solutions and related business processes.
- Partner with IT and business leadership to shape and prioritize the organizational roadmap.
