Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming Affiliate Marketing.
- Minimum 1 year in a Team Lead or Head of Affiliates role.
- Proven track record of scaling FTD volumes across Tier 1 markets.
- Deep understanding of CPA, Hybrid, and Revenue Share partnership models.
- Experience managing Affiliate Managers and team leads.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Affilka, ReferOn, NetRefer).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in funnel and cohort analysis.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute affiliate acquisition strategies across Tier 1 markets.
- Define quarterly OKRs, FTD targets, and growth plans.
- Lead and develop a team of Affiliate Managers.
- Manage the entire deal pipeline from prospecting to traffic scaling.
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with strategic partners.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs such as FTD, NGR, ROI, and ROAS.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and market regulations.
