Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed outreach and meeting-setting metrics.
- Generate a steady pipeline of qualified discovery meetings.
- Execute outbound outreach to prospective client-partners via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
- Research prospective institutions to personalize outreach and align messaging with institutional priorities.
- Maintain accurate and timely notes, activity tracking, and task completion within the CRM.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align outreach campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
- Monitor response rates and engagement trends and suggest refinements to outreach approaches.
- Assist with research related to conferences, directories, RFP sources, and targeted prospect lists.
