Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proficiency with standard productivity tools.
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced sales environment.
- Experience with lead qualification at all levels within organizations, including C-Suite and VPs, is preferred.
- Strong research and analytical skills for identifying key contacts and account information.
- Ability to execute sales practices as provided by management.
- Demonstrated ability to think out-of-the-box and develop interesting engagement angles.
Responsibilities
- Schedule initial discovery calls for Enterprise and Inside Sales representatives.
- Develop relationships within the large financial institution segment, including banks and credit unions.
- Conduct research to identify potential prospects and cultivate prospect lists.
- Identify and target strategic new prospects to accelerate territory growth.
- Use customer challenges to drive engagement through relevant campaigns and events.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including 50 outbound calls and 50 outbound emails.
- Manage customer data within Salesforce Lightning and High Velocity Sales.
