Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in security, compliance, risk management, revenue operations or related fields.
- Experience responding to customer security questionnaires, vendor assessments, or RFP/RFI processes.
- Strong understanding of common security frameworks and standards.
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer questionnaires, RFP/RFIs, vendor assessments, and compliance requests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming customer security and compliance questionnaires.
- Maintain a centralized knowledge base of standard responses to streamline future questionnaire completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal) to gather technical and business information.
- Ensure responses are accurate, complete, and aligned with Arize's security posture and compliance commitments.
- Build and maintain a repository of compliance documentation, certifications, policies, and procedures.
- Support annual audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.) by providing necessary documentation and evidence.
