Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience across accounting, finance, or operations roles.
- Working familiarity with month-end close, revenue recognition, and cost accounting.
- Proficiency with Bill.com, NetSuite, or similar accounting and expense management platforms.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel.
- Comfort learning new systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, small-company environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-of-month close process, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Review journal entries for accuracy in NetSuite.
- Lead project cost accounting and revenue recognition activities.
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and variance tracking.
- Prepare cash flow and board reporting materials.
- Manage workflows in Bill.com and ensure timely invoice processing.
- Support vendor contracting, purchase order creation, and data licensing processes.
- Maintain document retention practices and record-keeping across functions.
