Requirements
- Experience managing full-scope People Operations including benefits, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
- Strong hands-on experience with HRIS systems and people data reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to build, improve, and document scalable HR processes.
- Solid understanding of employment and payroll compliance requirements.
- Proven experience managing payroll operations and leave/accommodation administration.
- Strong judgment in handling employee relations and knowing when to escalate issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with high autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of end-to-end people strategy by documenting, rolling out, and operating critical processes.
- Identify and design scalable solutions for onboarding, offboarding, and the broader employee lifecycle.
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Handle day-to-day benefits administration, enrollments, and serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries.
- Own the full lifecycle of leave and accommodation, ensuring consistent documentation and support.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records, manage data reporting, and support internal audit readiness.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee and manager questions while improving self-service resources.
