Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Robotics Engineering.
- 3-5+ years of experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or industrial automation.
- Proven experience with autonomous vehicles, mobile robots, or drones.
- Proficiency with Linux and ROS tools (rviz, rosbag, tf).
- Experience with network configuration and working with customer IT environments.
- Ability to analyze logs, sensor data, and metrics for complex system diagnosis.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and training.
- Ability to work in industrial environments (warehouses, yards).
- Ability to lift and maneuver objects up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of autonomous robotic systems at customer facilities.
- Conduct site surveys, infrastructure assessments, and generate 3D/semantic maps.
- Install, configure, calibrate, and commission robotic systems in production environments.
- Train customer operators and stakeholders and manage project handoff.
- Define and lead User Acceptance Testing to ensure safety and KPI compliance.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer IT and operations teams.
- Analyze robot logs, sensor data, and system metrics to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide field feedback and support hardware/software integration.
