Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data-driven B2B SaaS marketing.
- Proven track record of driving efficient revenue and customer growth.
- Hands-on expertise in Paid Search, including strategy, execution, and forecasting.
- Experience scaling multi-channel acquisition portfolios using structured experimentation.
- Managing $5M+ budgets across performance marketing.
- Strong cross-functional experience partnering with Sales and Product teams.
- Player-coach leadership style with the ability to operate at strategic and executional levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for funnel diagnosis.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills for senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized and delivery-focused in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-channel acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels with full ownership of the paid search function.
- Mentor and develop a team of marketers and oversee external agency partners.
- Own acquisition budget, forecasting, and channel performance governance to meet business targets.
- Design and execute an experimentation roadmap across creative, landing pages, targeting, and channel mix.
- Diagnose funnel performance and make data-driven investment decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, CRO, Creative, and Data teams to drive integrated performance programs.
- Communicate acquisition insights, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
