Requirements
- Experience designing and operating distributed systems at scale in production.
- Deep knowledge of sandboxing and OS-level isolation (containers, Linux internals).
- Experience securing and running untrusted code.
- Hands-on experience with integration plumbing: OAuth, webhooks, and rate limits.
- Strong understanding of multi-tenancy, durability, and cost-per-request design.
- Security-focused mindset with experience in blast radius management.
- Ability to work in AI-assisted engineering workflows.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Experience with container orchestration.
- Demonstrated ability to ship to production independently.
Responsibilities
- Build a self-improvement machine for integrations that explores APIs and self-corrects.
- Own integration quality end-to-end to catch and fix issues proactively.
- Develop a tool gateway turning APIs and MCPs into clean Python SDKs with routing, auth, and rate limiting.
- Operate persistent, isolated, and autoscaled Linux sandboxes per workspace.
- Manage a durable and fast multi-tenant data layer across 25,000+ workspaces.
