Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go (preferred), Java, Python, C# or similar.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., ECS, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, SQS).
- Familiarity with cloud-native system design best practices.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like CloudFormation (preferred), Terraform or Pulumi.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, ECS).
- Knowledge of networking concepts, security, and distributed systems.
- Understanding of web concepts and security, including OAuth, SAML, CORS, Cookies, and HTTP security.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize custom platform services to ensure systems are resilient, secure, and performant.
- Collaborate with engineers across the organization to deliver infrastructure solutions.
- Maintain foundational platform services including authentication, rate limiting, and availability tools.
- Enable seamless functionality for product teams by abstracting technical complexities.
- Build and maintain systems that serve as the backbone for key platform capabilities.
