  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive sales talent.
  • Solid understanding of sales roles, sales hiring profiles, and revenue-driven environments.
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-through and organizational skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Professional, collaborative, and candidate-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Partner with HR leadership to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines.
  • Manage active requisitions and candidate pipelines to meet monthly hiring goals.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Proactively source sales candidates using job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership on interview feedback, hiring decisions, and onboarding timelines.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting documentation.
