Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as a technology Project Coordinator.
  • 8-10 years of experience using PC in a business environment including MS Office.
  • Highly proficient in Monday.com.
  • Minimum beginner-level experience in applying or developing AI.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills with fundamentals in data networking.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Tableau dashboarding (preferred).
  • Telephony experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage large data volumes.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and be available after-hours/weekends if required.

Responsibilities

  • Track project deliverables for Zoom phone implementations across branch locations.
  • Manipulate and upload data sets, ensuring high accuracy and data integrity.
  • Monitor daily deployment status and proactively track issues and mitigations.
  • Research and implement improvements for the Monday.com project repository.
  • Develop dashboards and metrics using Tableau to provide actionable information to stakeholders.
  • Participate in project meetings and support the Product Delivery Manager.
  • Provide back-up support to the Product Delivery Manager as needed.
