Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a technology Project Coordinator.
- 8-10 years of experience using PC in a business environment including MS Office.
- Highly proficient in Monday.com.
- Minimum beginner-level experience in applying or developing AI.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with fundamentals in data networking.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Tableau dashboarding (preferred).
- Telephony experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage large data volumes.
- Ability to work flexible hours and be available after-hours/weekends if required.
Responsibilities
- Track project deliverables for Zoom phone implementations across branch locations.
- Manipulate and upload data sets, ensuring high accuracy and data integrity.
- Monitor daily deployment status and proactively track issues and mitigations.
- Research and implement improvements for the Monday.com project repository.
- Develop dashboards and metrics using Tableau to provide actionable information to stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings and support the Product Delivery Manager.
- Provide back-up support to the Product Delivery Manager as needed.
