Responsibilities

  • Assess and resolve customer issues such as coverage challenges, complaints, and payment problems during incoming calls.
  • Coordinate onboarding documents like insurance policies to finalize sales.
  • Apply problem-solving and insurance industry knowledge to navigate complex customer situations.
  • Verify customer coverage and deliver proof of insurance paperwork while resolving billing issues.
  • Assist in developing new processes for customer onboarding and retention.
  • Resolve carrier and customer complaints with well-considered solutions and follow-ups.
  • Access carrier portals to track clients and initiate timely follow-ups to prevent coverage interruptions.
