Requirements
- 12+ years of experience leading business systems, enterprise applications, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience designing and optimizing quote-to-cash processes in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Deep knowledge of platforms including Salesforce, Gainsight, and CCaaS/contact center solutions.
- Experience with billing systems and customer support technologies.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional transformation programs.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change.
- Experience building business cases and technology roadmaps.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.
- Background in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or Enterprise Applications consulting preferred.
- Experience in B2B SaaS and subscription billing models preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of the current business systems landscape including CRM, Billing, and ERP.
- Develop and execute a scalable business systems roadmap aligned with company growth objectives.
- Evaluate and optimize the end-to-end quote-to-cash process from lead management to renewals.
- Provide strategic oversight and ensure effective integration of core platforms like Salesforce, Gainsight, and billing systems.
- Partner with Executive Leadership, Finance, and IT to align business objectives with technology investments.
- Establish governance practices for business systems investments and define key performance indicators.
