Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience leading account implementation processes in the software or technology sector within healthcare.
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, population health, and value-based care.
- Experience with claims and clinical data integration.
- Ability to effectively identify and mitigate project and account-level risks.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging executive, operational, and clinical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, including kickoff, product installation, validation, training, and go-live.
- Educate customers on technical implementation processes, healthcare data integration, and platform usage.
- Manage daily implementation tasks, timelines, and reporting of project status to senior management.
- Escalate and lead resolution of technical risks and project issues.
- Own communication across customer, internal, and third-party stakeholders.
- Analyze and manage project costs and utilization to support healthcare quality improvement.
